The My Baby’s Village community event will bring together diverse Pacific community partners showcasing their cultural approaches to infant care and family wellbeing.
Other groups and organisations will also be present providing resources and opportunities for Talanoa. The event takes place the week leading up to National Safe Sleep Day Friday 1st December 2023, in support to raise awareness of SUDI (Sudden Unexpected Deaths in Infants) and share Pacific approaches to infant care and family wellbeing.
There will be free food, café coffee, drinks, face painting, prizes and giveaways, outdoor chill space and play area for kids and more.
All are welcome, mothers, fathers, carers, family, children. The event will be free, fun, interactive and family focused.
